CIMA launches Mi Todo: its new brand of sustainable, ready-to-eat foods in Mexico

The Mexican conglomerate CIMA has announced the launch of Mi Todo, its new brand of sustainable foods, as part of its growth strategy in the packaged foods market—covering grains, seeds, and ready-to-eat products.

With Mi Todo, CIMA aims to offer practical, healthy, and sustainable food options that meet the needs of modern consumers who value convenience and nutrition without compromising on flavor.

Addressing evolving food trends in Mexico.

According to Kantar’s Voice Panel 2024, 70.7% of Mexican households look for healthy food, 70.6% prioritize great taste, and 56.3% value quick and easy preparation. This consumer behavior represents the opportunity CIMA identified to strengthen its presence in staple foods and prepackaged products through Mi Todo.

“We want to bring Mexican families appealing, reliable foods that meet international quality standards. With Mi Todo, we’ve turned that vision into reality,” said Teodoro Octavio Martínez, CEO of CIMA.

Foods with international quality and sustainability standards.

Aligned with its commitment to food safety and sustainability, CIMA’s food division obtained FSSC Develop certification in 2025, granted by authorized organizations endorsed by the FSSC Foundation. This certification reinforces CIMA’s production and handling standards for perishable goods, contributing to the reduction of food loss and waste in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

While it is not a consumer-facing certification, it enhances food safety across CIMA’s entire supply chain, guaranteeing that only high-quality products reach the end customer.

Mi Todo’s expansion plan in Mexico.

Currently, Mi Todo is distributed exclusively through wholesale channels. However, CIMA plans to introduce the brand in retail stores by 2026 and launch an online shop for direct sales—making reliable, sustainable, and ready-to-eat foods more accessible to consumers across Mexico.
